SBW5/DBW5 series voltage stabilizer is composed of three-phase compensation transformer, three-phase adjusting transformer, the transmission system, the brush contact system, the simulation control system, the cabinet and so on. The cylindrical winding surface of the three-phase adjusting transformer after the polish processing, assumes the smooth conductor surface. It is good for the contact of carbon brush. The transmission system is composed by the servo electrical machinery and the chain wheel chain link. The voltage stabilizer is stepless, the output is steady, no wave distortion, the precision reaches 1～5%, the compensation range reaches ±20%, single-phase capacity is 1-100KVA, three-phase capacity is 10-1600KVA. No distort harmonic wave and no increase of harmonic wave at output. The efficiency may reach above 96%. It has all power source protection function to work safely and reliably.
The capacity below 30KVA adapt annular type compensation transformer and regulating transformer, all three-phase is separated adjustment
The capacity above 50KVA adapt E type compensation transformer, cylindrical winding type adjusting transformer. All three-phase is unification adjustment. We also provide separated adjustment according to the customer.

Over-voltage, low-voltage protection |
When the input phase voltage surpasses ±10% of the compensation range, the stabilizer sends out the acousto-optics to report, and shuts off the output power source |

When the stabilizer is damaged and can’t work normally, it will automatically turnoff output power source. |

When the output happens to short circuit situation, the air-switch will automatically turn off input power source. |
